Short description: Presentation and application learns principles of designing of open spaces in residential areas.
Full description: Rules of urban open space design with special regard to housing estate. Notions of community, semi-public and public space. Resident – his needs and desires. Rules of studies and analysis in regard to residential area. Territory analysis. Rules of participation design. Design rules for public spaces in residential area. Low conditions. Rules of drafting project documentation on the level of conception.
